Terms of use

 

This agreement regulates the conditions of use of the Ricambinet.antoniocarraro.it Reserved Area of ANTONIO CARRARO SpA by Dealers.

 

The Reserved Area covers commercial, technical and after sales issues.

ANTONIO CARRARO SpA can change the content of the reserved area without prior notice.

 

The Dealer may appoint one Sub-Agent for the consultation of the reserved area. The name of the Sub-Agent will be communicated to ANTONIO CARRARO SpA which will provide ID and password for the use of the reserved area.

 

The Sub-Agent and the Dealer undertakes to maintain the password secret. Each consultation carried out with the use of the ID and password given to the Sub-Agent will be considered as made by the Dealer. If the Sub-Agent leaves the organization, the Dealer will give opportune notice and will appoint one new Sub-Agent, to whom ANTONIO CARRARO SpA will provide with a new ID and password.

 

The data controller for processing of the personal data acquired during the use of ANTONIO CARRARO's ricambinet.antoniocarraro.it is the company ANTONIO CARRARO SpA, with head office in Via Caltana, 24 - 35011 CAMPODARSEGO PD - Italy.

The data are collected to supply the requested services. Personal data are processed with computerised systems and only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the objectives for which they are collected. Personal data shall only be used by ANTONIO CARRARO SpA and shall not be communicated to third parties or distributed. Specific security measures are followed to prevent loss of information, illicit or improper use and unauthorised access.

The individuals to which the personal information is referred have the right to obtain at any moment the confirmation of the existence or not of said information and to know the content and origin, to verify the correctness or request an integration or updating or modification (art 7 of the Legislative Decree n. 196/2003).

In conformity with said article, the interested party has the right to delete, transform as anonymous or block information treated in violation of the law, and can in any case oppose for legitimate reasons the processing of data.

Request to exercise the rights of the interested party must be sent to the person in charge of at the following address: ANTONIO CARRARO SpA, Via Caltana, 24 - 35011 CAMPODARSEGO PD - Italy.

The list of the other data processors can be requested by writing to the same address.

 

The reserved area contains material protected by copyright in conformity with Law 22 April 1941 n. 633, (e.g. catalogues, software, photographs, drawings, etc...) and which therefore cannot be used (e.g. duplicated, reproduced or distributed) without the approval of ANTONIO CARRARO SpA. Anyhow any commercial use of the material is forbidden.

 

The use or reproduction in any form and manner of the ANTONIO CARRARO SpA trademark and logo is forbidden.

 

The information contained in the reserved area may concern products or services not present in the country of residence of the Dealer. The presentation of a product is not a contractual proposal.

 

Dealers who access the pages of the reserved area accept to be submitted to Italian jurisdiction. The applicable law is the Italian law.
